Commercial/Business Support vs. Resident Support

FACT: The Developer claims resident support, but when we color the Developer's land holdings in dark purple, and color other developers, commercial interests, and LLCs in dark green, then a different picture emerges. These outside interests want to extend commercial development into our neighborhood on less expensive residential lots and not develop (yet) the underutilized and vacant commercial land on both Henderson and Ross Avenues.
All of the neighborhoods along Henderson from Ross to 75 Central will be adversely affected by this development, NOT just those who live a closer to it. Speak up now before it's too late!
